We’re hiring for a full-time (Senior) Growth Associate to work across the Atomic portfolio, from working with our Founders on 0-to-1 projects to helping existing portfolio companies execute on growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Atomic Founders to analyze data and build go-to-market strategies.
- Work with the Growth team to manage marketing campaigns for Atomic portfolio companies.
- Run demand testing experiments to gauge demand for new products and verticals.
- Set and track KPIs across channels while driving meaningful and actionable insights to improve marketing efficiencies
- Work on reporting infrastructure and communications with key stakeholders.
- Present complex issues in elegant ways to a wide variety of audiences.
- Work with the design team to develop creative advertising assets and marketing messaging.
What You’ll Have
- 1-4 years of experience working in Growth Marketing.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn how to approach building a business.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on tasks outside of your comfort zone.
