Job Description
The Product team is the hub of connectivity at Pngme, working cross functionally to ideate, iterate, and launch product features that drive improved loan outcomes, ultimately leading to greater financial inclusion.
We’ve had major success with a number of new entrants to banking and lending, and we’re now looking to dramatically scale our impact by integrating with some of the biggest banks in Africa.
That’s where this Senior PM comes in – We need someone to spearhead our efforts to provide the ultimate product and the ultimate user experience for our enterprise customers.
As a Senior Product Manager you will:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and delivery for Pngme product features targeted at enterprise clients
- Align efforts between sales, marketing, engineering, and data science to ensure the entire team is user-focused and working together to drive growth
- Establish deep relationships with our current and prospective enterprise customers and run product discovery processes
- Serve as a voice for the enterprise business within the Pngme team, helping shape overall company strategy

Requirements:
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products
- Experience working in or with the financial services and/or banking industry in Nigeria and/or Kenya
- At least some technical knowledge of data science, SDKs, and APIs
