Location

We are happy to invite you to work with us in our office in Hamburg or permanently remotely from anywhere in Germany.

You help the company in the active growth stage by providing own expertise, knowledge and efforts to reach out to the best talents all over the world in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire talent acquisition process within senior and leadership roles in Engineering, Data, Product Management or Marketing Business, Support functions or mix the scope
  • You develop and implement an efficient search strategy
  • You conduct behavioral based interviews with candidates
  • You are the business partner for hiring managers and consult them on the market, diverse profiles and sourcing strategy
  • You are responsible for various recruiting projects to empower talent acquisition (e.g. Candidate experience, Employer Branding or more depending on your interests)

Requirements

  • You have 5-7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and see yourself in this area for the few upcoming years
  • You are ready to come up with ideas of improvement and drive the Recruitment projects, as well as curious about the cross-functional topics
  • You are ready to demonstrate full ownership of the projects you drive and make sure the business needs are in the priority of your focus
  • You demonstrate ability to build partnership with C-level internal stakeholder
  • You share our vision that active sourcing is the essential instrument to reach out to best talents
  • Fluent English and ideally fluent or native German
