Our client’s team are scaling to increase consumer and enterprise value across the rapidly growing internet broadband sector by redefining approaches to automation, analytics, and improved tooling.

As our Commercial Manager, you will support the Revenue Performance Manager in providing analysis and insight to the wider Commercial Revenue Team.

Your work will play a big part in the businesses commercial decision-making and ultimately enable improved business performance, along with contributing to the success of our customer strategy.

Commercial Manager

  • Ensure contracts are adhered to on each client
  • Ensure timely billing & close WIP management
  • Ensuring monthly deadlines are met
  • Develop processes to assist each account team with their differing needs dependent on their client needs.
  • Support external audit requests
  • Continuous Improvement of systems & processes
  • Ensure teams timesheets are kept up to date and help input timesheet data into the finance system when

Required:

  • Drive profitability on each account
  • Reconcile time and track resource to ensure it stays within what was agreed in Scopes of Work
  • Support on fee proposals and contract reviews
  • Support month end reporting process
  • Support finance team with adhoc projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Entry level role, or ACCA/CIMA part qualified
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Media or Agency background preferred but not necessary
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/Cognos experience useful but not necessary
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in a commercial analysis role an advantage
  • A strong personality is key, you need to be able to work effectively with non‐finance people at both junior and senior levels.

This is a permanent, remote working (UK) opportunity.
