Treez is looking for a results-driven Account Executive. In this role you will be reaching out to cannabis dispensaries to provide Treez retail management software solutions.
Our Account Executive role may be a great fit for you if you have SaaS sales experience and the desire to grow/advance the cannabis industry through technology and insights. Reps who do well at Treez are curious, demo enthusiasts, value based sellers and have a strong desire to partner with our prospective customers.
How you will do it:
- Cultivate new opportunities and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Become an expert on Treez products, the solutions we provide, and the cannabis industry as a whole
- Effectively present on-screen and in person demonstrations of various Treez solutions
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives
- Timely and accurate documentation of sales activity, customer information and pipeline data entered into Salesforce
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure launches are handled seamlessly
- Effectively work with management on pricing negotiations
- Exemplify Treez core values with kindness, a strong work ethic and a passion to deliver for our clients.
- Travel periodically to attend trade shows, visit clients and potential clients and to present Treez products and services. (Up to 20%)
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company with a track record as a top performer
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated experience sourcing deals & operating with a high amount of autonomy
- Ability to effectively communicate and convey value solutions via calls, Zoom and email
- Experience leveraging partner ecosystems to provide complete solutions for prospects
- Experience using Salesforce for sales activity documentation, forecasting and reporting
- Exceptional ability to develop relationships quickly and gain trust
- Ability to quickly learn our unique value solutions and desire become an expert on Treez products
- Experience with Gong, LinkedIn, Outreach preferred
- Desire to make an impact on an emerging industry
- The ability to add something unique and positive to our culture
