Job Description
Sastrify is looking for a driven and hands-on Account Executive, who is ready to join a rocket ship, scale our revenues, and grow our US presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting leads, to qualifying opportunities, giving demos, converting deals, and leading your SDR colleagues in prospecting.
Working directly with our sales team and CEO, you will lead the creation of both the foundation, and the success of Sales in our US expansion. You will be able to roll up your sleeves to get started from day one.
To be successful, you will already have experience building and running Sales campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth.
Requirements
- Self-driven, proactive team player with innovative ideas to convince prospects
- Winning attitude with exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine and flowing curiosity to learn more about the people
- 4+ years of sales experience (ideally BDR and B2B SaaS experience), executing email, social & calling outbound prospecting campaigns
- Eager for pro-active pipeline management while keeping your deals up to date
