  • Do you have at least 2 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer?
  • Are you willing to work on Pacific Time hours from about 8-5pm PT daily? (you can work remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada
  • Do you have knowledge in diverse DevSecOps concepts/tools, especially on Azure DevOps, Pipelines, GitHub, GitHub actions
  • Have you worked with AWS, YAML, IAC and Jenkins?
  • Do you have solid experience working with CI and CD systems?

SLP is growing its DevOps team. We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer whose primary responsibility is providing support for building, deploying, maintaining, and automating our software development pipeline from source control through production. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for developing and delivering scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms. You will also ensure solutions are built based on company standards and that they can be deployed within the company’s environments. This role is offering a base salary in the range of $110,000-$135,000, depending on experience. The top end of the range will be reserved for candidates with a strong background in all of the listed must-have and nice to have requirements. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package with 90% paid employee portion of costs.

 

Here is an idea of some of the things you’ll do:

  • Support current DevOps implementations that build system automation to automated deployment, to scale our engineering delivery
  • Imagine, develop, deploy, and evolve CI and CD systems for our cloud applications
  • Write application deployment automation using industry-standard deployment and configuration tools
  • Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments
  • Work with developers to identify necessary Azure resources and automate their provisioning
