In this role you will be a part of a dynamic team that supports our Commercial Lines Risk Engineering Partners and Platform. You will work closely with the Risk Engineering Teams, the Operations team, and the vendor.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead efforts to elicit and document business requirements from internal customers; understand analyze, evaluate the technical requirements and translate to functional and non-functional requirements
  • Be the point of contact for our business partners and the vendor; act as point of escalation for moderate to difficult issues
  • Coordinate release enhancement, release, upgrades, and user acceptance testing
  • Develop requirements and solicit vendor SOWs
  • Maintain and groom backlog of feature request
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with business partners through user priority sessions
  • Provide outstanding customer services; production support as issues arises, conduct analysis and problem solving
  • Bring productivity to our user community

What you will bring to C&F:

  • 5+ years experience working in an Tech. Business Analyst or similar capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • The ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Excellent documentation, include building and maintaining system diagrams
  • Positive attitude, strong problem solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Aptitude to learn new skills and technologies
