Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to support Health Services Associate Services projects and initiatives. Work collaboratively with each level of the organization (front-line associates to senior leadership) to plan, implement, and measure programs that support organization initiatives and process improvement through systems for all departments within Health Services and potentially ad-hoc external to Health Services. Ensure that all program activities meet and / or exceed corporate expectations and align activities with the company’s strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals, and mission. Ensure all aspects of the programs are consistent with goals and guidelines and compliant with standards and regulations. Research, develop, and propose strategies to enhance and increase engagement. Partner with key business areas including, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Community Investment to plan, schedule, and promote major programs and events. Draft internal and external communications that market the activities and events that could be utilized for both email and SharePoint.

  • Lead efforts to support the Health Services Associate Engagement Program in partnership with corporate leaders and stakeholders e.g. HR, Facilities, Health Market
  • Provide oversight for multi-campus event support to include support for associate appreciation week, special events, town halls, etc.
  • Provide communication opportunities through SharePoint for events and initiatives – site creation, app development and communication through workflow.
  • Lead the documentation of development and implementation of best practices for onboarding and off-boarding in order to effectively manage a dynamic workforce and ensure maximum productivity and workforce effectiveness while collaborating with Human Resources.
  • Manage the communication vehicle of Associate Incentive Programs & Recognition Programs utilizing policies set forth by the business units through SharePoint.
  • Maintain permissions and access.
  • Manage Health Services space planning and move coordination in partnership with Corporate Facilities to ensure the best utilization of office space with minimum disruption to the business
  • Manage processes to ensure updated associate location information is communicated to all impacted areas, internal and external to Health Services.
  • Manage and maintain a short and long term space plan through collaboration with Workforce Management and functional and department Leadership.

Education/ Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years Facilities/Space Planning.
  • 3 to 5 years Program Management/SharePoint development (content/workflow).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrates leadership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, creative, collaborative Capable of working under pressure and tight timeframes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all internal and external partners.
  • Position will be eligible for remote work depending on location.
