Job Description

Job Description : Handle mostly inbound phone calls from members calling a centralized center to book an appointment. When they ask for another service you will also be transferring calls to other departments.

Location : FULLY REMOTE!

Start Date : November 7th

Schedule Availability/Hours : Open Monday to Sunday from 7AM-10PM EST (4AM-7PM AZ time) – Schedule is determined based on business needs.

Pay : $20/hour

Contract to hire : 6 month contract to hire.


Standard Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must have 1-2 years of call center experience (Healthcare preferred).
  • Must have excellent communication, reliable and an independent worker.
  • Technology skills, Aka – Computer Literacy skills, Microsoft Word and Excel are important.
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • General understanding of computers and how to resolve simple issues.
  • Proven Attendance.
  • No time off in first 30 days.
  • Open availability is a must between 7AM – 10PM (EST) 7 days per week.
  • Setting up your own computer at home.
  • MUST HAVE A DEDICATED QUIET AREA All calls are recorded.
  • HIGH-SPEED Internet – if Wifi isn’t working, you will need to hardwire into the modem.
  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.
