Job Description

Role

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO while working remotely. The chosen candidate will perform various administrative tasks, including reaching out to applicants thru LinkedIn, conducting initial interview, detailed and technical research, scheduling meetings, taking minutes of the meetings and many others. 

 

Responsibilities
  • Organize meetings and organize communication using different channels
  • Take notes or transcribe meetings conducted online and share minutes of the meeting
  • Manage contact lists and organize Director’s calendars
  • Create and review work spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Help employees with their administrative queries
  • Other related administrative tasks and/or executive tasks

 

For HR:

  • Reach out to applicants thru LinkedIn
  • Assess resumes
  • Conduct initial interview
  • Prepare and submit interview assessment

 

For Social Media Marketing Team:

  • Build social networking content designs that are in line with the company’s brand identity
  • Produce constant, significant information on almost all social networking platforms, which includes writing as well as editing social networking posts, improving consumer engagement, and promoting social networking campaigns.
  • Manage a volume of regular social media posts
  • Communicate with social media followers such as responding to queries in a prompt manner
  • Manage and develop social influencer plans and attend social influencer functions
  • Make use of analytical instruments like Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, along with Facebook Insights to observe and assess the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Cook monthly reports on social internet marketing efforts
  • Suggest recommendations to set the social internet marketing strategy for optimum results
  • Be updated with the best practices and emerging trends in social networking
  • Perform other duties if needed

 

For Amazon Team:

  • Manage E-commerce platforms
  • Listing and campaign optimization
  • Campaign creation
  • Campaign monitoring
  • Keyword research
  • Maintain a list of relevant keywords and consistently refresh keyword research to ensure listing and PPC campaigns
  • Serve as main point of contact and will be responsible for delivering weekly performance reports and monthly calls
  • Provide excellent customer service

 

Requirements
  • College graduate or with relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Trustworthy and reliable 
  • Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM or more
  • Internet connection of at least more than 5MBPS
