Job Description

Zipdev is seeking a Golang Engineer to join our US-based client team. As GoLang Engineer (Integrations) you will be a key contributor to the modernization of a real-time property management platform Integrations capability. At the company, we empower our teams to solve problems in ways our customers and partners love and work for our business. Working alongside Product Managers and other Engineers you will help advance us along our technology roadmap, leveraging your expertise in building integrations with our partner platforms. You’ll work with a passionate and top-performing team to develop extraordinary mobile and cloud solutions for inspecting, managing, and monitoring multifamily residential properties and commercial facilities. During your first week, you will:

 

  • Setup your Development Environment
  • Familiarize yourself with the problem domain
  • Meet your teammates
  • Start work on your first task

During your first six weeks, you will

 

  • Implement new use cases in our existing property management integration stack.
  • Get acquainted with the current state of the system architecture.

During your first six months, you will

 

  • Work closely with product managers, engineering and design teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Software Engineering
  • 2+ Experience working in GoLang
  • Experience in implementing uses integration use cases using a variety of API technologies (REST, SOAP)
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering system integration outcomes
  • Demonstrable experience working with relational databases
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Be located in Latin America
  • Please note: in this job, you will be collaborating with a team in Australia, 1-hour overlap daily is required with Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10).

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience working with large scale, distributed systems
  • Experience working in a B2B / SaaS environment
