Are you looking to further your graphic design career at a fast growing beauty brand? We are a family run beauty brand based in the South of England who love what we do. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented graphic designer to help us create engaging and informative images and videos to help increase conversion across our various sales channels (mostly Amazon but also including Website, Email and Social Media) as well as lead our packaging design process. The chosen candidate will understand our brand identity and style and be able to produce a steady flow of content that will efficiently promote and sell our products. You will be creating new listings and making improvements to existing listings to improve conversion rate and click through rate. Please check our Amazon listings to see some examples of our content.
Our team is based in Europe and Asia so for time zone reasons we need someone in either Europe or Asia.
REQUIRED Experience/Skills:
- Graphic Design: You must have solid graphic design experience and be able to share a design portfolio
- Fluent Written and Spoken English: There will be a video interview as part of the interview process and you will need to take part in regular video meetings as part of your job.
- Attention to detail: You must have a keen eye for detail to ensure the content produced is correct and relevant
- Infographics: You must be confident in creating infographics to promote our products and highlight their key USPs efficiently
- Photoshop: You should be competent with creating realistic superimposed lifestyle images and retouching
- Basic Video editing: You will be able to edit videos to create on-brand and engaging videos for use across our sales channels and or social media. For example editing youtube videos to fit instagram stories and tik tok, adding music and text.
- Team player: You will need to be happy supporting and working alongside a company wide team
- Honesty, reliability and consistency: You must display these key character traits in order to succeed here at Lily England
DESIRED Experience/Skills:
- Packaging design: You will ideally have experience with packaging design (within the beauty industry a bonus)
- Industry experience: Previous experience in graphic design for e-commerce and or the beauty industry would be extremely beneficial
- Amazon knowledge: Being aware of the Amazon image guidelines, restrictions and requirements would be helpful
Additional Requirements:
- Be online for mornings UK time
- Experience with Photoshop and video editing software
