Job Description


The main goal of this role is to set up and fulfill marketing strategies geared towards raising brand awareness, generating leads

Key results
  • Deliver 2022 revenue OKR’s
  • Develop a good knowledge of Neurons Lab Services and Solutions, with an ability to jointly develop and iterate on strong positioning and messaging, aligning to the customer journey and business needs.
  • Contribute insights about our customer needs and experiences to help create content that reflects the brand and improves our marketing efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to Neurons Lab strategy to increase brand awareness, find market fit, and generate new opportunities for gaining leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead creative brainstorming sessions, experiment, and launch various marketing campaigns through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate marketing projects with contributors like content manager, proofreader, designer, and developers.
  • Keep track of the efficiency and engagement of marketing campaigns, and suggest changes and improvements.
Challenges & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other Business Development team members to plan marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage editorial calendars across various media platforms (blog posts, case studies, Medium, AWS, ABM, catalog platforms)
  • Implement strategy and manage the process of launching marketing campaigns through ABM, AWS, SMM (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Google ads, etc.
  • Produce a brand style guide that communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites, presentations, etc.
  • Conduct market research to analyze market trends, and competitors, and determine the target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
  • Tracking effectiveness and engagement of marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences
  • Report to Head of Business Development & Partner
  • Follow the company’s Business Development strategy and reach its goals
  • Experience in marketing

  • Experience in growing online presence, generating leads through marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with sales on the best practices for measuring modern revenue marketing including OKRs, targets, and attribution.
  • Experience in developing creative campaigns and executing them across multiple digital channels
