Methodiq powers the digital transformation of diagnostic laboratories, bringing them into the modern era and allowing them better IT operations to secure more revenue. Our team was built by highly experienced lab experts and engineers who have over 25 years of technical expertise to build solutions specific to this healthcare niche.  


We’re looking for an SDR that will help us drive success through our digital engineering arm, while leading us through the next chapter of our rapidly expanding business. Alternatively, should you be both sales-savvy and technically knowledgeable with ample experience in the laboratory sphere, we are open to hiring a Senior VP of Sales


The right individual will be self-driven and excited to help build a world-class sales culture from the ground up. Our sales and marketing teams have worked harmoniously together, but lack a structural framework that will allow us to meet the incredible demands of our niche industry. Methodiq (in conjunction with sister-company Gistia) continues to offer expanded services and a unique product portfolio, furthering a myriad of future opportunities should we cultivate a team capable of securing them. 


About you: 

You aspire to lead and build; to grow beyond your current role: 

  • You are responsible for pipeline generation 
  • Your goal is to proactively build new relationships with individuals in our target demographic (laboratory management) 
  • You have an opinion on sales methodology, how to do discovery, and what to say to customers 
  • You’ll utilize “Account Based Marketing” sales strategies, and some unique to you 
  • You’ll have experience in healthcare, ideally laboratories; live and breathe their language 
  • Drive outreach activity to secure remote and in-person meetings and demonstrations 
  • You’ll continually develop, improve and populate our core outreach cadences in collaboration with our Marketing team 
  • You will establish new business relationships via telephone, email, social media, networking events and content collaborations 
  • You will qualify inbound leads (MQL) to ensure quality leads are passed over to the commercial team 
  • You will maintain and police CRM accuracy  
  • You’ll utilize Hubspot and Linkedin (as well as others) to grow our CRM within our defined target audience 
  • You’ll be the one to steward MQLs through appropriate cadence activity 
  • You are the HUNTER in our sales process:

What you don’t need to be: 

  • An expert in software development, data, machine learning or deeply technical (though we will bring you up-to-speed in what you’ll need to know) 
  • A sales operations leader 
  • A contracts or legal expert
