Is that your profile?
As a leader of a QA team, you transport the mindset for quality in software. As the gatekeeper, it is in your responsibility to ensure a high level of quality assurance with automatic and manual test coverage. Before the developers start programming, you work together with our Business Analysts and ask the right questions to create a complete list of expectations to the features which must be tested afterwards. Identify yourself with the product and add improvement requests. As you are a QA Engineer by heart, you find and implement new ways and tools to improve the test coverage.
Our Software
Our software is a mixture of Ruby on Rails, microservices based on Kotlin, VUEjs frontend and mobile applications. You will work together with a team of experts of business analysts, developers. As we are a fintech company, expect a lot of tests around finance calculations.
Your profile
- Test-driven development and other automatic tests are your goal to ensure quality
- Software requirements you understand, and you can raise the expectations to the development team
- With experience in Jenkins you can define automatic test runs.
- The different test levels are known to you and you know how to handle them
- CI/CD is more than letters to you
- You will be part of the release management
- Expressing test coverage by reports is normal for you
- Expect to also work with docker
- Standard SQL commands you can handle to export data
- Linux command line is nothing unknown for you
- Scrum is known to you and you can handle it
- Having ISTQB cert is a great advantage
- Knowing AWS services is an advantage
- You are a proactive person, who motivates the team
- English and German is mandatory. English is the daily business language
