Sr. Brand Writer is responsible for capturing the spirit of the SurePayroll Brand in a compelling, captivating, and concise style to increase top-of-the-funnel activity, influence the purchase decision process, and delight existing customers. This position advocates for consistent application of the brand voice & tone across all SurePayroll communication channels and ensures all customer-facing work products originated by the Marketing Department meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Craft distinctive copy to show prospective and current customers that SurePayroll provides easy-to-use services that save time, reduce risk, and help them grow their business
• Research, develop and write persuasive, behavior-based copy for landing pages, marketing campaigns, product launches, blog posts, promotional campaigns, TV ads, video scripts, email campaigns, social media campaigns and other customer-facing channels that generate viewer engagement
• Serve as the SurePayroll Brand Voice, Tone, and Personality expert
• Review and edit internally facing and externally facing content.
• Help drive top of the funnel activity and increase consideration across key target audiences
• Collaborate with Marketing Department colleagues to optimize content

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field – Preferred
• 5 years of experience in writing experience, with demonstrated experience in crafting copy for paid and non-paid digital channels, social media, landing pages and more.
• Demonstrates a high commitment to quality.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent collaboration and team building skills.

• Compensation range for U.S Colorado candidates only: $80k – $120k + Bonus + RSU
