We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of providing outstanding and timely legal support. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business, product and sales executives and drive strategic deals and initiatives with some of our largest customers. You will negotiate complex legal agreements and work with cross-functional teams of lawyers, finance and accounting specialists, product managers and sales teams in order to solve legal and business challenges. You will be part of a highly-collaborative, close-knit team and work in an exciting, fast paced environment.

What You Will Do Every Day

  • Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of licensing, software as a service, data privacy, confidentiality, and professional services agreements
  • Be the first point of contact in Legal for the Sales organization
  • Identify, advise on and help resolve legal and business issues in a practical manner while still protecting BMC’s interests
  • Respond promptly for requests for help from internal clients.

Background/Qualifications

  • Required 4-year college degree; JD not required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience drafting and negotiating complex technology-related/SaaS agreements in support of a sales organization
